We are not affiliated with gowinston.ai or its parent company. Our tool is an independent free alternative to the commercial Winston AI detector service.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the minimum information necessary to operate the Site:

• Text submitted for analysis. Text you paste into the detection tool is sent to our backend for processing. It is not stored after the scan completes — typically within a few seconds.
• Usage data. We may collect anonymized, aggregated data such as page views, browser type, country of origin, and time on page via standard web analytics tools. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.
• Contact form submissions. If you contact us via our Contact page, we collect the email address and message content you provide, solely to respond to your inquiry.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected for the following purposes only:

• To process and return AI detection results to you in real time
• To improve the performance and accuracy of our detection tool
• To respond to inquiries submitted through our Contact page

Text submitted for AI detection is processed in real time and not stored on our servers. Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and are then deleted. Anonymized analytics data may be retained for up to 26 months for trend analysis.
